Coming from a family linked to fishing for several generations in Quarteira, Jorge Silva grew up to be forever a lover and connoisseur of the freshest and tastiest fish.
All this knowledge and his family ties were the perfect combination for creating a restaurant in 2001. Here he was able to hare his traditional knowledge of preparing excellent fish and seafood with all the culinary wizardry of this fishing location.
This nostalgic restaurant located in the fish market quickly became a success but was not big enough to accommodate the growing number of friends and customers eager to taste the best seafood in Quarteira.
In 2006, his current space was created, more in line with current requirements and situated in Quinta do Romão. Visiting this establishment, one can not help but feel part of the history of Quarteira and its people
